Introduction

The Personnel Office of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) is responsible for managing the university’s human resources and supporting the development of academic and administrative staff. The office oversees recruitment, staff records, payroll coordination, performance evaluation, professional development, and the implementation of staff-related policies. By ensuring efficient human resource management, the Personnel Office contributes to building a qualified, motivated, and productive workforce that supports the university’s strategic goals and long-term growth.
