Introduction
The International Relations Office (IRO) of the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) serves as the primary unit responsible for managing and expanding the university’s global partnerships. The office coordinates international academic collaboration, oversees exchange programs, supports visiting scholars, and facilitates opportunities for students and staff to engage in global learning.
